Born in Italy, Nicola Pietoso studied culinary arts in Florence. Bringing the culinary traditions of Tuscany to Cincinnati in 1996 he has earned a reputation of only the highest quality food. In downtown Cincinnati, Nicola's is located at the corner of Liberty and Sycamore Streets. Nicola's, although contemporary and spacious, was once a car barn for incline trolleys in the 19th century. Capturing its historic charm, Nicola's has become one of the most beautiful fine dining restaurants in the city.
